Ingredients
Seeds (beans, sunflower, etc.)
Damp paper towels
Plastic bags (zip-lock or sandwich bags)
Small pots or containers
Potting soil
Water
Preparation
Prepare Seeds: Place 2-3 seeds between damp paper towels. Fold the towels to cover the seeds completely.
Seal in Bag: Put the paper towel with seeds inside a plastic bag. Seal the bag to create a moist environment.
Location: Place the sealed bag in a warm, sunny spot, such as a windowsill or outdoors (if weather permits).
Check Daily: Check the seeds daily for signs of germination. Look for root emergence and initial growth.
Transplanting: Once seeds have sprouted (germinated), carefully transfer them to small pots or containers filled with potting soil. Plant the seeds with the roots pointing downward and cover lightly with soil.
Watering: Water the newly planted seeds gently to keep the soil moist but not waterlogged. Place pots in a sunny location.
Observation: Observe and record daily changes in the seedlings. Note differences in growth rate, leaf development, and overall health.
Care: Continue to water the seedlings regularly and provide adequate sunlight for healthy growth.
